you should work on your anatomy, the sweater has wrong creases making the torso look segmented, the crotch are is weird and it seems you have given this character an unrealistic thigh gap, and the hand should not be seen, as crossing your arms behind your back till the point i can see your hand means youve broken your back lmao.
but the colors are great! and the pose looks cool!

hey yo bro, i think u should make things more sleek,
like uve made the hair fluffy, shirt baggy, and pants all tent-looking, and the hands all big and bloate
i think u should try making more body fitting, and like more physics laws abiding shirt and hair,,,
also u should add shadows to ur art, it looks an unnatural level of 2D
and work a bit on anatomy and proportions,,, if u would like i could give u a roughly edited version to give u an idea of what im talking about,,,

thanks for the feedback~ while i agree i do have issues with anatomy proportions and it iss something im getting better at. as well as the lack of shadows which is very helpful advice, as i have been feeling my drawings been fairly flat
as for the physics breaking/baggy clothes are partly due to 1. This character particularly being chaotic in every regard, having morphing/moving features and details to give an aura of unease from just looking at them, and 2. A stylistic, cartoonish style i've developed and have grown comfortable with
i appriciate the comment and offer and will carry this advice with me going forward, thank you!~

i think u should make cleaner lines, and use different colors for shadow
dont use black grey shades,
use dark colors like dark blue, and then change the layer settings to multiply or any other accordingly
